1. Booking.

A booking only becomes effective when a correct deposit has been received and acknowledged in writing. A provisional booking by telephone or other means will normally be accepted provided a correct deposit is received by the owners within four days.

2. Deposit, Balance and Security payment.

The deposit required at the time of booking is £150 per week, the remaining balance is due not less than ten weeks prior to departure together with an additional secuirty deposit of £200 which is fully refundable.

3. Cancellation.

More than ten weeks notice, deposit only, ten weeks or less full cost of rental

4. Occupation and Departure

The villa must be vacted by 10:30am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements with the owners have been made

5. Availability

If the villa should not be availible the owners are relieved of all liabilty beyond the full refund of monies received. However in the unlikey event of this happening the owners will endeavour to provide similar accommodation.

6. Conduct

Conduct should be in keeping with the property and not in breach of the law.

7. Injury

Owners do not accept liabilty for injury however caused whilst within the villa. Guests are requested to supervise children near the pool area.

8. Accident, Loss or Damage

Owners do not accept responsibilty for any accident, damage or loss to guests property. It is recommended that guests take out your own holiday insurance covering your party.

9. Damage to Villa

Guests are liable for any damage to the villa and its contents, the security deposit is requested with this in mind.

These Terms and Conditions are provided to protect both the owners and the guests, and to ensure a smooth running of your holiday.
